Who's to Blame?

Well, the Sunset Ridge weather station has not been broadcasting for the last few weeks and I've been looking for someone -- anyone -- to blame. I went through the usual suspects (modern day version): Bill Gates, the weather station manufacturer, the broadcast software code writer, the telephone company, the ISP, TCP-IP, the phase of the moon, March Madness, ground squirrels (chipmunks), the CFO, global warming, the Communist in Cuba, Karl Rove, Dan Rather, small pox vaccinations, the NHL, the NFL, the AFL-CIO, the CIA, Nixon, the Vietnam War, the United Nations, the League of Nations, Carry Nation, Billy Carter, W, Jessica Hahn, the Beatles, rock music, Bach music, John Tesh, and, of course, Dick "He Looked Like a Quail to Me" Cheney.

Alas, nada. Zilch, zero. None of the above were to blame. Did you did know that a PC will not reboot with a stuck key?

There now, that's much better without a pound of belly button lint under the shift key.
