Trucking On
While driving yesterday I say a 18-wheeler delivering Maola milk to somewhere. (A Maola truck is easily recognized by the big black and white cow painted on the side of it.) Anyhow, I thought I remembered Maola being based in New Bern, NC and I pulled up alongside the truck cab door to check.
Well, to my surprise, it didn't say Maola Milk and Ice Cream as I had expected. They've been bought out by some outfit up in Maryland. And, that company has apparently created a separate company to deliver milk for not only Maola but also the other milk processors it owns. The name of the trucking company?
Dairy Moovers, LLC.
Now that right there is funny and I laughed so hard I nearly crashed into the truck.
Holy cow! While it was a very mooving experience, I've milked this piece for just about all it's worth, don't you think, Elsie?
