Close Call

I was reading the obituaries in the Noise & Disturber this morning and nearly died. There was one for Lineback. It was with a great sigh of relief that I saw the "Death Notice" was for Homer Lee Lineback of Winston-Salem.

I didn't know the fellow. However, his son, Danny, lives in Cary and we have enjoyed each others pizzas and gotten each others clothes at the cleaners over the years.

Close call. Waaay too close.
