Not Normal
So, the CFO gave me a psychological test this morning in which I responded to 28 statements by indicating numerically how strongly I agreed or disagreed with each of them. She added up the score and I made the mistake of inquiring about the results.
"So, what does it say?"
"It says you are not normal."
Now, folks, that ain't exactly news is it?
Seems I'm in a group of 1.15% that are extremely NOT bored with life.
I remember that, during the interview process for my first job out of graduate school, the psychologist doing the psychological evaluation asked me what my goals were in life and the first one I gave him was the avoidance of boredom. That got me a "That's interesting. Tell me more." response.
Anyhow, looks like I've succeeding so far!
