Bats Alive!

Ah! As I sit here on the deck in the gloom of evening, I have espied my first bat of the season, darting through the air above the garden. Whether the CFO's bat house has been discovered, however, I do not yet know. Bats can get along just fine without man-made bat houses, after all. I'm relying on the passive solar heating feature to persuade them to chose ours rather than some dank hollow tree or something. Hey, I'm just trying to be a good neighbor and lend a helping hand. Besides, it's rent free.
