Trout 4 Dinner

On the way home from town today, the CFO and I stopped by the Peaceful Valley Trout Farm and bought a couple of trout for dinner.


Here's the owner, Jim Bowman, preparing them for us. (He says the Great Trout Heist trial was delayed until August 16.)


Dinner was a local affair with sauteed trout (trout farm), shiitake mushroom (mushroom logs) sauce with tarragon (herb garden) and steamed sugar peas (Hillside Garden). Very (burp) nice.
