More Trout Troubles

I learned from the Police Blotter in last weeks Alleghany News that we have more trout troubles.

Seems that one Kenny Bowman and one C.B. Chappell were individually charged with "destroying wooded lots in the Whitehead community, property of Marie Presnell. They were also charged with entering and remaining on the property although a sign was posted as notice not to do so and Bowman and Chappell were individually charged with littering on the same property by disposing of dead fish and refuse."

Tax value of the unimproved Presnell property of 90 acres (more or less), by the way, is $619,000 in the event you might be interested in buying a place for your mountain cabin.

Now I'm not certain of the relationship of Kenny Bowman to Jim Bowman, owner of Pleasant Valley Trout Farm, but C.B. is the major domo when Jim's not around.

Wouldn't it be a hoot if cases of The Great Trout Heist (plaintiff) and the Trout Guts Toss (defendant) came up in court on the same day?
