The Hanging of Trump by Lars Maischak
“To save American democracy, Trump must hang,” says Professor Lars Maischak of Fresno State University. “The sooner and the higher, the better.”
“Has anyone started soliciting money and design drafts for a monument honoring the Trump assassin, yet?” asks Maischak.
“Justice = The execution of two Republicans for each deported immigrant,” goes on Maischak.
This is the kind of person the State of California pays to education their college students?
Yes, he has a right to his opinions regarding Trump and his political agenda.
Has he broken any law? Likely not. 18 USC 871, makes it a Federal crime or offense for anyone to willfully make a true threat to injure or kill the President of the United States. The essence of the offense is the knowing and willful making of a true threat. So, if it is proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the person knowingly made a true threat against the President, willfully intending that it be understood by others as a serious threat, then the offense is complete; it is not necessary to prove that the person actually intended to carry out the threat. His comments are more likely mere political speech. We can only hope so.
But, be they made with whatever intent, Lars Maischak, in my opinion, is one sorry SOB. He makes Milo Yiannopoulos look saintly.
