It Boggles the MInds

Loudoun County (VA) Commonwealth's Attorney Buta Biberaj said she will no longer prosecute the  misdemeanor charges listed below.

Incredible.

In Loudoun Conty you can now drive recklessly so long as you do it under 90 miles per hour. You can drive without an driver's license or with a suspended one. Trespass on someone's property, get drunk in public, steal, illegally possess drugs, consume alcohol at any age, create as much noise as you please, and violate all the county ordinances,  all without fear of prosecution.

Why bother to lave laws if the legal system will not enforce them?

If we are to believe her, the reason is that so many crimes are being committed in Loudoun County they all of them cannot be prosecuted. Is Loudoun County really that lawless?

No. The crime rate in Loudoun County is the same as the average crime rate in the United States.

PS:  Efforts by Virginia courts to remove Buta Biberaj, an avowed radical progressive, from office have failed and she is currently the subject of a recall campaign. Perhaps this will speed things along. What a dolt.

PPS: Her election campaign was financed by George Soros.
